Located on the lands of the Bidiagal Clan of the Dharawal Nation (Randwick, NSW), Black Dog Institute is the only Medical Research Institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan, our aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day technical support across a diverse environment, including hardware, software, and telecommunications. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your work directly supports staff productivity and user experience.
