We:
We seek an experienced and accomplished Lead UX/UI Designer to join our friendly, dynamic and accomplished team. You will need to be able to thrive in a team environment and work to an agile sprint plan. You will receive and discuss requirements with the organisation’s key stakeholders and Business Analyst, and then work with the Project Manager to schedule a sprint plan that will turn designs into product.

Be Collective is a global organisation with offices in London (UK), Melbourne (Australia), and Wellington (New Zealand). We are expanding our Melbourne-based team with the appointment of a Lead UX/UI Designer who will report to the Chief Technology Officer and work closely with our Melbourne-based Business Analyst and Project Manager.
There is also an opportunity to contribute to the work of Smart Systems which develops IoT and AI applications which align with sustainable development goals. Smart Systems is currently working on an IoT project for a decentralised water treatment system which utilises ground and surface water, producing potable water for remote and underprivileged communities.
