Exciting opportunity to join the second largest municipality in Melbourne’s metropolitan west. Located about 20 kms from the central business district, Brimbank City Council is culturally diverse.
We are currently seeking a part-time (0.8 EFT) staff member for a fixed term of 15 months to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine and commecning 1 April 2022.
The Western Alliance for Greenhouse Action (WAGA) is a partnership of eight councils in the west of Melbourne (Brimbank, Greater Geelong, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Melton, Moonee Valley, Wyndham and Moorabool). We are seeking a Business Resilience Project Officer who can bring their skills and experience to establishing WAGA's regional Business Resilience program.
The key responsibility will be to help the WAGA councils engage local businesses to reduce their costs and energy use, switch to renewables and become more environmentally and economically sustainable.
