The Social Inclusion Officer is responsible for supporting older people, people with a disability and unpaid carers to optimise their wellbeing through the development and delivery of information, programs and events that supports their engagement, participation and connection with the community. Utilising a community development approach, the role will identify needs and implement a range of initiatives that respond to these needs.
