At Bayley House, we’re proud to be a well-established and trusted NDIS provider with 75 years’ experience supporting adults with intellectual disability to live full, meaningful, and connected lives.
We’re looking for compassionate and motivated individuals who share our values of Connection, Achievement, Respect and Excellence to join our team. By working with us, you’ll be part of a community that’s passionate about innovation, personalised support, and making a lasting impact every day.
Position: Full-time Permanent Position (1.0 FTE)
Classification: Victorian Disability Services (NGO) Agreement 2023 – Qualified Team Leader (SCHADS Level 4.1)
In this role, you will lead a team of Instructors to deliver high-quality, person-centred programs that support adults with intellectual disability to build independence, develop skills, and engage meaningfully in their community. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of programs, staff leadership, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with NDIS requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational oversight with program delivery, staff supervision, and stakeholder engagement.

You’re comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities, and stepping in to support both staff and participants when needed.
You bring a strong understanding of disability support and can translate this into structured, consistent program delivery.
You’ve demonstrated the ability to provide direction, support others, and maintain standards, while contributing to a positive and professional team environment.
