Baptistcare are seeking someone passionate about Aged Care to join our every growing team.
Working as an integral member of the Home Care Services Team, this position is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational areas of Baptistcare’s Home Care Services Programs. This position is responsible for supporting the team’s Business and Strategic plans.
At the operational level, the position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Home Care Services and liaises with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure Baptistcare’s governance standards, legislation and compliance obligations are met and ensuring further growth through building mutually beneficial Community and Corporate relationships ensuring the sustainability of the service.
To be successful in this role you will have to be a resourceful thinker with great initiative who is driven to produce the best results for our customers. You will be able to readily work in both an autonomous capacity and within a close-knit team environment.
