The Role

  • Full time fixed term 31 December 2021

This is a brand new hands-on role supporting the business in target growth areas!

As a high volume internal Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the oversight of all bulk recruitment campaigns for different business units. Through the development of strategies and processes this role will support the business to meet bulk recruitment targets in key growth areas. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, this role will see you,

  • Developing innovative attraction strategies for bulk recruitment, beyond classical adverts
  • Proactively engaging with internal stakeholders as a matter expert and providing a consultancy service to guide resourcing strategies
  • Prioritising continuous improvement through consistent evaluation of recruitment practices
  • Championing candidate experience, talent pipelining and pooling to create an effective recruitment process in a multi-faceted organisation

The Person

To be successful in this role you will have experience in the full recruitment life-cycle, particularly in a volume recruitment setting, with demonstrated experience in delivering on bulk recruitment targets. You will be able to oversee multiple recruitment campaigns and develop and adapt quickly to changing industry requirements. Additionally, as a people person you will use your proven influencing skills to develop internal stakeholder relationships. Tertiary qualification in HR and experience in the community services sector will be well regarded.

Specific Employment Requirements

  • A valid DHS working with Children Check
  • A valid full South Australia Driver’s Licence (C Class)
  • Safe Environments for Children and Young People Training (can be obtained in employment)
