At BaptistCare we are creating places where people feel safe, supported, and connected. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Property to lead the delivery of complex, large scale projects that directly support the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of major community housing and seniors property development projects ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
You will work closely with cross functional teams and external partners to bring projects to life from approval through delivery and into operations shaping environments that enable high quality care and support.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements across Baulkham Hills and Macquarie Park. Regular travel to our shared services offices and sites is required.
