As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will design and deliver API led, event-driven integrations that enable seamless connectivity across our national platforms. You will work at the heart of our Enterprise Integration Platform (MuleSoft Anypoint Platform), connecting critical systems across ERP, HRIS, Clinical, Rostering and CRM, while enabling scalability for growth, acquisitions, and future digital capabilities including AI.
You will collaborate closely with architects, technology peers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality integration solutions that improve data flow, reduce manual effort and enhance both customer and employee experience.
This role is for someone who brings deep experience in real time, high volume integrations, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in mentoring others. You will help shape integration standards, patterns, and reusable assets, contributing to a high performing team and delivering technology that makes a meaningful difference.

You are a technically strong integration engineer who enjoys working in a values led organisation. You bring a balance of deep technical expertise and stakeholder engagement, with strong communication skills, and you care about the impact your work has beyond the technology.
