Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Communications, the Head of Digital is responsible for providing strategic direction across the BaptistCare digital marketing ecosystem, delivering marketing and sales data-driven insights and ensuring the upkeep of customer digital standards across the organisation. You will empower the organisation and your marketing colleagues to achieve their business plan objectives within the aged care, retirement living, and community services sectors. As a thought leader in digital marketing, you will remain abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and innovations to guide the organisation's digital marketing transformation.
