This is a visible, people-focused role where you will help embed inclusion into everyday practice through programs, engagement, learning and practical tools that support a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Banyule is entering a new phase of DEI work, with a stronger focus on employee voice, lived experience, shared accountability and practical action. You will help bring this work to life by turning our strategies and commitments into initiatives that support belonging, equity and respectful workplace culture.

If this role excites you but you do not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
We value transferable skills, lived experience, community insight and a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion. We strongly encourage applications from people of diverse backgrounds, identities and experiences.
If you require flexibility or adjustments to support you through the recruitment process or in the role, we welcome a conversation about how we can make this work.
We've designed our application process to be accessible, relevant and focused on what matters most for this role.
Instead of a traditional cover letter, we ask candidates to submit a CV and respond to a small number of short application questions. These questions are designed to help us understand your experience, skills and approach.
You're welcome to respond in a way that works for you, written responses can be provided in full sentences or dot points.
Please submit your CV and responses to the application questions via the online application form.
Applications close: on the advertised closing date at 11:45pm.
If you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact Candice Zavattiero - [email protected] using the subject line: Equity & Inclusion Advisor enquiry via EthicalJobs|03 9098 8014.
We aim to keep our process clear and transparent. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview, with questions shared in advance. We may also include a short, practical task relevant to the role.
