We currently have a contract (12 month) opportunity for a full time Operations Analyst to join the team in Morwell. This position has responsibility for the banks operating systems, testing and implementation of changes, exception reporting.

What you will be doing

  • Analyse process opportunities for efficiencies and improvements
  • Undertake system user acceptance testing as required and analyse results
  • Support maintenance and administration of systems
  • Assist managing and analysing exception reporting
  • Assist with Global Interest rate changes
  • Assist with Open Banking updates
  • Calculate and Process Loan interest refunds
  • Participate in various projects as required.
