THE ROLE 

The Company Management Coordinator reports to the Head of Artistic Operations supporting the planning, administration and delivery of Tour Management (including going on various tours) along with a range of administrative activities. This full-time position also works closely with the Rehearsal Director and Production Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

  • Sound administration skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office. 
  • Well-developed verbal communication skills.
  • A keen interest in the arts.
  • Previous experience working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples would be highly regarded.
  • An open mind, positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant workplace.
  • The ability to travel with the touring company on various tours is essential.
