The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for delivering impactful experiences to our members and donors.
This role involves the acquisition, retention & growth of our membership program along with maintaining the member and donor database ensuring that it is always current.
The right candidate will have
- Minimum three years experience in a related marketing, fundraising or membership role.
- Experience in customer acquisition, retention and product development
- Combination of marketing knowledge with skills in analytics and insights is highly desirable
- Demonstrated high computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Excel & CRM's
- Previous experience with CRM databases
- High level of accuracy with data processing and management
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Passion for animals is desirable
