We’re looking for an ICT Capacity Strengthening Specialist who can volunteer in a hybrid role both remotely (online) and in country for a total of 10 months. 

• This assignment seeks to improve the efficiency and quality of work for current ICT work which would increase impact and reach of online platforms
• You will be working alongside ICT team within World Vision PNG
• To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or computer science or related field. As well as a minimum of 3-years experience in providing IT technical support and Digital Workspace Solutions, preferably with NGO context and environment.

WV PNG currently needs a Volunteer Assignment to support our ICT team with the current Digitalisation initiatives introduced by the partnership (WVI) This role will support the ICT Department to implement this changes at the National office and the Field Office.

The allowance for the in-country phase is AUD$1654 per month, the allowance for the remote phase is AUD$79 per month.

Requirements

• All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
• A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
• A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
