We’re looking for a Hospital Administration Mentor who can live and volunteer in the Solomons for 12 months.
The National Referral Hospital (NRH), based in Honiara, is the national referral centre, providing specialised care to patients referred from provincial hospitals nationwide. Strengthening hospital management and cost analysis is essential for improving service planning and sustainability.
This assignment will support NRH management in conducting a case-mix study of selected service units to enhance future hospital information management systems, efficient patient care, quality assurance, quantification, resources management, including budgeting and planning. This will enable NRH to make evidence-based decisions for financial sustainability and service prioritisation.
