‘Ahopanilolo was established as a Vocational Education and Training facility in 1969. It was originally formed by the Missionary Sisters of the Society of Mary after they identified the need for training of girls in practical skills. Since its inception the school it has added several new courses based around Hospitality and Tourism and related fields. ATI has initiated to develop its courses from Certificate to Diploma in the coming years in compliance with the Tonga National Qualifications & Accreditation Board (TNQAB). ATI are seeking a volunteer to support this change in their curriculum to ensure a higher level of education and learning for all future students.

• In this role you will conduct a review of the current curriculum and develop it from Certificate to Diploma level. You will also support teachers to develop their lesson content and delivery.
• To be successful you will have a bachelor degree in hospitality, tourism or relevant field. Ideally you have a Cert IV Training & Assessment. You will bring at least two years experience teaching or working in a TAFE environment as well as curriculum development.
• Your contribution to the school will enable them to achieve their long term goals and for the staff to be able to sustain skills transferred to maintain its compliance.
