As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll work with a small number of adults living in a group home to maximise independence and develop life skills. This can include things many of us take for granted such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, or attending appointments. Each shift is individualised to the person you will be supporting and based around their needs, interests and hobbies – imagine a role where your day might include kicking the footy, spending time in the garden or going to the beach, all the while making a positive difference in someone’s life!

To be considered you will also be required to have a current influenza vaccination, full drivers license, and a suitable vehicle along with the required worker screening checks to work in the disability sector.
Not only will you be making a meaningful positive impact on someone’s life while being part of a friendly dedicated team, you’ll receive ongoing training and development from experts in the sector along with a competitive salary of $69k - $76k + super + salary packaging.
