About the Role

We are seeking a Permanent Full Time Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive Community Living team. The role encompasses overseeing the day to day operation of shared living homes for people with Autism ensuring they live meaningful and fulfilling lives of their choice, leading, mentoring and coaching a team of Support Workers, liaising with families and maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

About You

Your ability to lead a team of dedicated staff and guaranteeing that all support is of a high standard is key to ensuring that the person with Autism is at the centre of all service planning and delivery. Your skills and experience will include: Your skills and experience will include:

  • Experience in the disability sector
  • Tertiary Qualifications in a Human Services discipline (minimum Certificate IV).
  • Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and development.
  • Knowledge of person-centred approaches to service provision.
  • A full drivers licence without P plates
