People Success Officer

Australian Spatial Analytics

Do you want to make a difference, supporting young, neurodiverse adults in fulfilling employment? Are you looking for permanent part-time (3-4 days) per week?

About Us

Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA) is a non-profit social enterprise creating data solutions for an inclusive workforce. We exist to employ neurodiverse individuals previously locked out of employment to provide B2B professional data services to Federal and State Government Departments and Medium & Large Enterprise. The work we do includes the Digitisation of Energy Assets, Farm and Livestock Mapping and Telecommunication Network Design.

We are an emerging company with a strong pipeline of growth planned over the next 24 months. We currently employ 65 people in our Head Office in Brisbane; 54 of which live with a disability, namely autism spectrum disorder. This makes us one of the larges work-integrated social enterprises (WISE) in the country and we’re less than 2 years old!

We do real work for real clients. Our data services include:

  • Geospatial: Geographic Information System (GIS) Analysis
  • Design: Technical Design and Engineering Services
  • AI: Machine Learning annotation

Since forming in 2020, ASA has grown significantly and has made the decision to expand to Melbourne, Victoria. The new site in Cremorne will house up to 20 ASA personnel over the next 12 months. You are the second hire and will support the State Operations Lead to build the new office from the ground up! You will share the office space with ASA’s parent entity, White Box Enterprises.

Our Values

Diverse: Fairness through diversity of thought. We embrace neurodiversity and solve problems from different angles.

Comprehensive: Our attention to detail contributes to high quality service.

Compassionate: We understand our employees are human and provide sophisticated supports to ensure wellbeing at work.

Collaborative: We work hard with partners to champion neurodiversity and human-centred technology.

Community: Linking current staff with disability supports in the community and finding new staff with disabilities through community channels.

Comfort: Supporting each junior data analyst employee through recruitment, onboarding and project delivery to feel confident in the workplace.

Career Planning: Co-designing individual goal plans with employees who have some disability, to support them and plan for their future. Identifying and fostering opportunities for staff who are ready to transition to other skilled employment (perhaps with one of our happy clients!).
