Australian Organic Limited

About Australian Organic Limited

At Australian Organic Limited (AOL), we're working to make organic the norm.

As the national peak industry body for Australia's organic sector, we bring together growers, producers, retailers, brands, researchers, certifiers and government to grow the value and impact of organic across Australia.

Our purpose is simple: to create healthier people and animals, thriving livelihoods and a healthier planet.

Right now, organic is at an exciting moment. Consumer demand continues to grow, government investment is increasing, and our industry is working together on some of its biggest opportunities yet—from national traceability and export growth to stronger consumer awareness and industry collaboration.

We're a small, ambitious team that believes good strategy, thoughtful execution and great people can have an outsized impact. We value initiative, curiosity, kindness and people who love bringing others together to make things happen.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead the delivery of our flagship national consumer awareness campaign.

This is a hands-on contract role for someone who loves bringing campaigns to life. You'll own campaign delivery from end to end, coordinating agency partners, suppliers, members, ambassadors and our internal team to ensure every element lands on time, on budget and to a high standard.

The campaign strategy and creative direction are already well underway. Your role is to make it happen brilliantly.

You'll be the central point of coordination, keeping multiple workstreams moving, solving problems before they arise and ensuring everyone involved knows what they need to do and when.

This is a fully remote contract, commencing as soon as possible and running through to mid-October 2026.

What you'll be responsible for

Campaign delivery

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of our flagship consumer awareness campaign
  • Develop and maintain the master campaign timeline, milestones and critical path
  • Coordinate campaign activities across digital, PR, media, partnerships, events and member engagement
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard

Agency and stakeholder management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for our creative, PR, media and digital agency partners
  • Coordinate suppliers, ambassadors, sponsors and campaign partners
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

Project management

  • Track actions, risks, budgets and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate approvals, assets and production schedules
  • Identify issues early and proactively recommend solutions
  • Keep campaign documentation organised and up to date

Internal coordination

  • Work closely with our Membership team, CEO and wider team
  • Coordinate internal campaign resources and priorities
  • Support reporting throughout the campaign and contribute to the post-campaign evaluation

About you

You're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a complex campaign come together seamlessly.

You're organised without being rigid, proactive without being overbearing, and calm when things get busy. You enjoy working with creative people, agencies and stakeholders, and you're equally comfortable chasing a deadline as you are improving a process.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing, communications or public awareness campaigns
  • Outstanding project management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing external agencies and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Consumer awareness or behaviour change campaigns
  • Membership organisations, peak bodies or not-for-profits
  • Food, agriculture, sustainability or FMCG sectors
  • Event or partnership coordination
  • Project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com or similar

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to help deliver one of Australia's leading national consumer campaigns for organic food, fibre and farming.

You'll enjoy:

  • A fully remote role with flexibility around where you work
  • A passionate, purpose-driven and supportive team
  • The opportunity to work alongside leading brands, retailers and industry partners
  • A chance to contribute to meaningful change for Australian agriculture, food systems and consumers
  • A fast-moving role where you'll have genuine ownership and autonomy
