About the role

  • Provide executive support to Head of Program Delivery and Head of Evidence & Innovation
  • Manage the diary of two Executive members
  • Manage communications on behalf of the Executives
  • Build strong relationship with key clients and stakeholders
  • Financial reconciliation of credit cards, invoices, expenses
  • Collaborate with other EAs and team members
  • Record team minutes and ownership of ensuring actions are complete

About you

  • Experience in a similar role for 5 years or more
  • Impeccable organisation skills, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Self-motivated with an openness to change and ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Confidence and maturity to engage at all levels and adjust work approach as needed
  • Motivated by collaboration, collective success and contributing to a positive work environment
