Administration Officer

This varied administration role is designed to support on-going professionalisation and growth of Australian Community Philanthropy (ACP), the peak body for Australia's community foundations.

Accountabilities include meeting support, development and maintenance of office systems and procedures, membership administration and database, book-keeping / financial administration, and support for communications and events. Occasional projects may offer opportunities for additional hours.

We are looking for a multi-skilled, highly organised generalist who is willing and able to take charge of a wide range of tasks and will reliably deliver quality outcomes on time and to budget.

ACP has until recently operated with very lean resources. We have secured funding to support organisational capacity building. This new position will play a critical role in this context.
