As Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and supervising Senior Clinicians, psychologists, counsellors and social workers, while overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service.
You will undertake joint work with staff where required, providing additional expertise and support to families and mentoring staff. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will help ensure the effectiveness of programs for children and young people receiving a service, including providing consultation to staff and external stakeholders.
You will provide clinical leadership and direction regarding assessments, support plans, interventions and service system responses, while contributing to quality assurance and program development initiatives to ensure program performance remains of a high quality and reflective of best practice in therapeutic service delivery.
