About the opportunity

As the System Administrator and Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration, coordination and continuous improvement of ACF's clinical system. The position provides day-to-day administrator-level support for system functionality, user management, configuration, reporting and workflow processes. It coordinates activities and projects with internal and external stakeholders and the system vendor to ensure the system remains effective, reliable and aligned with organisational needs.

About you - Key Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience administering, supporting or coordinating a clinical, case management or enterprise business system, including user access, permissions, configuration, workflows and day-to-day system support.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide functional and technical support to system users, including troubleshooting issues, responding to service requests and supporting consistent system use across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with internal stakeholders to understand business, clinical or operational requirements and translate these into system configuration, workflow, reporting or vendor support requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with external system vendors or service providers to progress support tickets, system changes, enhancements, upgrades and issue resolution.
  • Sound understanding of system integration concepts, including integration with internal and external systems and single sign-on.
  • Demonstrated experience to support system reporting and data requirements, including coordinating data extracts, assisting with data quality checks and supporting Power BI or related reporting outputs where required.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent functional, technical and process documentation skills, including the ability to maintain user guides, configuration records, support procedures, change records and training materials.
  • Strong coordination, and communication skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A current and valid Working with Children Check and National Police Records Clearance
