You will be responsible for creating a great onboarding & induction experience for our new people. You will ensure they are set up for success and understand what is expected of them and how they can contribute to our organisation in their role.
You will also ensure our virtual learning capabilities and opportunities are maximised and accessible to the Red Cross workforce, managing and maintaining the Learning Management System and the development of required content and learning resources.
Your success in this role will be underpinned by your desire to work as part of a small, dedicated team. You can build strong virtual connections easily, can adapt to a variety of systems and be comfortable delivering induction regularly.
