Position summary

The Mobilisation Support Officer is an influencer and implementer of the processes, systems and engagement that inform the volunteer and member experience and lifecycle. Supported by the Community Mobilisation Manager, the Mobilisation Support Officer will provide vital customer service, administrative, training and systems support that underpins the volunteer and member experience at Red Cross.

What you will bring

• Strong administrative skills and database experience
• Great customer service skills with the ability to prioritise work and service requests 
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people
• Experience in working with and supporting volunteers and/or members

Mandatory requirements

• A clearance to work with children / a clearance to work with vulnerable adults
• Driver’s licence

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Salary from $67,263.04 FTE + Super + Salary packaging
