We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager, who will support the Store Manager and empower other staff and volunteers in our Fortitude Valley store. This role will support the Shop Manager in achieving sales budgets and KPI's, maintain company policy and guidelines, assist develop and inspire your team to provide outstanding customer service as well as create and develop strong visual merchandising standards. In addition, this position will be responsible for the staff and volunteer training and recruitment.

The Retail team continually develop exciting new retail strategies to generate revenue, which assist Red Cross to undertake its valuable humanitarian work.
