Every purchase at our shops supports Australian Red Cross teams helping people as they overcome hardship, crisis and disaster here at home and across the Asia Pacific.
The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales to achieve targets through clear direction and an engaged workforce. Working in conjunction with the Store Manager, you will assist and provide support to pro-actively develop and drive local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store. On a day to day basis, you will help lead a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.
This role is covered by the General retail Industry Award - Level 4.
