Atypical Solutions delivers personalised disability supports across Melbourne's South East, Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland.

From in-home supports and community participation to our unique farm-based programs in Cranbourne South, everything we do is centred around connection, inclusion and helping people discover purpose.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting participants across a range of environments, including:

• In-home supports
• Community access and capacity-building activities
• Farm-based day programs at our inclusive farm in Cranbourne South

The role involves transporting participants from locations across Casey, the Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland to and from our farm, so a willingness to travel are essential.

No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of two years experience working within the disability sector
• Is confident supporting people with behaviours of concern and/or complex communication needs
• Understands and embraces person-centred, strengths-based practice
• Shares our commitment to dignity, inclusion and high-quality support
• Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
• Holds (or can obtain) all relevant industry checks, including NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR
• Has Auslan skills or is genuinely interested in learning
• Is available to work before and after school hours, Saturdays, and school holiday programs
