At Atypical Solutions, we believe disability support is about far more than simply providing care. It's about creating opportunities, building confidence, fostering belonging, and empowering people to live meaningful lives.
We're not your typical disability provider, and we're not looking for typical support workers.
As our organisation continues to grow, we're seeking passionate, experienced Disability Support Workers to join our incredible team. If you're someone who genuinely cares, enjoys thinking outside the box, and wants to be part of an organisation with strong values, we'd love to hear from you.
Atypical Solutions delivers personalised disability supports across Melbourne's South East, Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland.
From in-home supports and community participation to our unique farm-based programs in Cranbourne South, everything we do is centred around connection, inclusion and helping people discover purpose.
We pride ourselves on doing things differently. Our team is collaborative, supportive and passionate about providing exceptional supports while maintaining a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting participants across a range of environments, including:
The role involves transporting participants from locations across Casey, the Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland to and from our farm, so a willingness to travel are essential.
No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
We're looking for someone who:

People who enjoy working collaboratively, value genuine human connection, embrace creativity, and believe every person deserves to feel safe, respected and included.
If you're simply looking for another support worker job, we may not be the right fit.
But if you're looking for meaningful work where you can truly make an impact—and be part of a team that's passionate about changing lives—we'd love to hear from you.
