We have five core values which shape the way that we work:
“Our vision for the future is that we are world leaders in Indigenous health and social support services provided in an urban setting.”
To do this we are focussing on four strategic priorities:
The position is responsible for leading the operations and continual improvement for a section of the Human Services function; to support the growth and development of Indigenous communities, and to promote positive economic, health and social outcomes for Indigenous people.
The role must operationalise the strategic vision and directions of the Board and SMT; and ensure the service delivery model is implemented at all times.
