Lead Renew's Policy and Advisory team of analysts and advocates, and draw on our members and partners, to develop rigorous evidence and expert advice in household sustainability.

You and your team's expertise in energy efficiency, architecture and design, renewable energy, climate policy, electricity market regulation, water conservation and sustainable transport will inspire and inform members and households across Australia about sustainable living through our advisory services, magazines, events and media communications.

And through effective evidence-based advocacy you and your team will work to reduce systemic barriers and achieve better outcomes for all households by changing national and state policy and regulations.

You will be part of a dynamic leadership team, building on the credibility and reputation of a growing 41-year old membership organisation delivering industry-leading magazines, events and services and supporting a community of Branches across Australia.

This role includes the coordination and management of both paid and volunteer staff across the organisation, and delivering an overall financial surplus.

The role is based in Melbourne, with flexible working from home arrangements.
