The successful applicant will be responsible for organising and developing collectivism in the workplace by identifying, leading, motivating and educating workplace representatives, activists and members.
Please be advised that you will be expected to physically be in workplaces representing our members, subject to health directions and COVID-19 guidelines. As a union official it is our role to ensure the safety of our members and to assist with workplace issues during this climate.
An attractive salary package is available depending upon, and commensurate with experience. Experience as an organiser or like role is essential.
A current Victorian Driver’s license is a requirement of this role as is the ability to be eligible for a right of entry permit that requires you to pass the fit and proper person requirements.
