Based in Melbourne, Assisi Aid Projects supports women as agents for change - focusing on economic and social resilience. We work with women and their communities to strengthen women’s skills, knowledge and confidence - supporting women’s collectives, and addressing systemic barriers to gender equality.

With current projects in India, we are now deepening our impact and expanding our geographical reach to include Nepal and beyond. We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Program Manager to join our small team, work with our in-country partners, and manage our overseas programs.

Reporting through to the CEO, and providing programmatic excellence, you will be responsible for enabling program quality and impact – and also contribute to wider organisational development, including strategy, policy development and accreditations.

With a passion for international development, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., international development, public policy or similar); 5-10 years program management experience; and strong relationship building skills.
