About Aspect: Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is Australia's largest national service provider for people on the autism spectrum. Aspect services include education, individual and community programs, diagnostic assessments, therapy and research. With approximately 1,500 staff and over 6,000 students and participants across multiple sites Aspect works in partnership with people of all ages on the autism spectrum, and their families to deliver evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused and customer driven.
About the team: The People team, which includes Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning & Development and Diversity and Inclusion, partner with the organisation to deliver effective people management and payroll solutions that add value and respond to changing business needs.
About the role: To provide strategic leadership and oversee operational responsibility for HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Payroll. As a member of the Management team, the Head of People and Culture is responsible for achievement of the three year Aspect Strategic Plan and the annual Aspect Business Plan.
A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this. Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ is also required.
