ASHM is not-for-profit organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer (SPO) to lead the delivery of high-quality health programs within our National Policy and Education division. The role is responsible for managing innovative projects, lead stakeholder engagement, and drive policy and advocacy efforts.
You will have the opportunity to work with clinical experts, influence national health policy, and help shape the direction of critical health programs.
You are a strategic and motivated mid-to-senior level Project Officer with experience delivering complex health programs. You thrive in leadership roles, confidently guiding cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments. With a strong understanding of the health sector, you bring excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, along with the ability to drive projects from planning through to successful delivery.

Employment status: Full-time Fixed term (12 months contract)
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 + super + salary packaging
