About the role

The Service Agreement Support Officer works with the Quality and Data Analyst, billing team, operational teams and other key stakeholders to ensure that Aruma's Service Agreements, Schedules of Supports, and all relevant Addendums are completed in line with Aruma's guidelines of best practice, and NDIS Pricing Limits and Arrangements. The Service Agreement Support Officer provide key system support organisationally in Riteq, Great Plains, CRM and other systems and tools as required.

Daily Procedures

  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in relation to NDIS Pricing Limits and Arrangements, and Aruma billing processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and feedback to operations teams in Community and Employment in relation to all documents associated with billing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the billing and operations teams, to ensure timely and accurate knowledge and data is shared and inputted into all billing systems.
  • There will be excellent upkeep of accurate customer records, and data sets provided to formulae strong trend identification.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Providing high quality, accurate and regular reports and data sets for the Quality and Data Analyst.
  • Developed and delivered quality reports on key metrics and analytics as required.
  • Supports the Quality and Data Analyst in internal and external auditing processes for Community and Employment, including implementing audit recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • There will be strong, collaborative partnerships built with internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar industry or environment
  • A commitment to the Aruma BRAVE values and Code of Conduct
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of numeracy and literacy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Disability Services sector and understanding of the NDIS Price Guide, working within NDIS legislation and provisions relating to reasonable and necessary supports, and the role of the mainstream service system
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload through planning and prioritisation
  • A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination.
  • A current Australian driver's license and the ability to travel intra or interstate from time to time
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet demands of role.
