We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HRIS for Aruma for a 12 month fixed term contract.

What success looks like...

The Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating the determination of Aruma end to end requirements, review of potential systems and implementation of same. The collaborative nature of this role will also require working closely with key stakeholders internally and externally. There will be an emphasis on a hands-on approach to coordinating resources, processes, reporting requirements.

  • Systems, frameworks and protocols for selection and delivery or a new HRIS are established and managed
  • Direct and manage the project from design to planning to delivery and post-implementation review
  • Manage competing priorities within strict timeframes, while maintaining high work standards and accuracy
  • Work closely and proactively with the project team to oversee and plan all activities, ensuring clear assigned and monitoring of tasks
  • Strong leadership and participation in working groups and other governance committees
  • Aruma Human Resource initiatives are enhanced as a result of HRIS selection and implementation
  • Strong partnerships with internal stakeholders have been developed and are maintained

Skills and experience which will make you stand out...

  • Diverse skills and experience spanning, for example, project management, governance, research, analytics, compliance, administration and multi-level stakeholder engagement
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent level experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and complex stakeholder and change management experience
  • Strong project administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Effective time management and coordination of tasks and resources
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • High-level administration skills and a quality management focus
  • Excellent computer literacy and well-developed business technology skills - experience using SharePoint and project management software is desirable
  • A current Australian driver's license
  • The ability to travel intra and interstate as required
