As our new IT Business Analyst, you will be supporting the Aruma IT Transformation Program; working closely with various business and IT Transformation functions to facilitate end to end process and solution requirements definition and delivery.

What success looks like…

  • Established as a trusted Business Analyst; marked by a high standard of professionalism, collaboration, customer service and responsive, value-add financial interpretations;
  • Effective fulfilment of the role of finance liaison or 'translator' between Operations and broader Finance;
  • Engaged and 'upskilled' stakeholder groups, resulting in improved financial and commercial organisational capability;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the strategy, key drivers of financial performance, organisational strengths and weaknesses, threats and growth opportunities;
  • Improved reporting, budgeting, forecast and scenario modelling;
  • Robust business analysis by optimising current financial models and/or tools, or recommending, designing and implementing new ones;

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the IT/Technology/ Transformation functions
  • Degree in Business, IT or Finance and/or relevant practical experience
  • Business analysis experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is desired
  • Core systems business analysis experience (ERP, Finance, HR, CRM etc)
  • Ability to track requirements and user stories throughout the software development lifecycle, through design, build, and testing in an Agile environment
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum approach and using JIRA
  • End to end functional and non-functional business analysis skills
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Workshop presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong administration skills; time management, coordination of tasks
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills
