As our new Data Analyst - Finance, you will be responsible for supporting the Aruma IT Transformation Program. This role will work closely with the Finance, HR, and

IT Transformation functions to support the selection and roll out of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

What success looks like...

  • Applied flexible, pragmatic, and natural problem solving to identify end to end data requirements' definition and delivery.
  • Used effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and elicit information to inform decision making.
  • Demonstrated understanding of end to end business context to align strategic objectives and rationale for decision making.
  • Used data mapping, data definition and business process mapping techniques to capture and understand 'As Is' and 'To Be' data requirements and processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of core business systems, performed effective problem gap analysis, that resulted in the development of effective functional and technical documentation, and collaborated with development teams to support implementation.
  • Developed and maintained reports to monitor progress and delivery against business objectives.

Skills that make you standout...

  • Degree in Business, IT or Finance, with experience as a Data/Business Analyst within the Finance/ Transformation functions.
  • Core systems business analysis experience (ERP, Finance, HR, CRM, Risk etc.).
  • End to end functional and non-functional business analysis skills.
  • Experience using BA tools such as JIRA, VSTS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, displaying a deep understanding of systems interactions, high level technical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent administration and time management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and prioritise and resolve issues quickly.
