The CDP Site Manager is responsible for the "on the ground" delivery of the CDP contract. It is a diverse role that focuses on key areas such as meeting KPI's and performance targets, managing stakeholder relationships and also working closely to mentor local staff members. You will be working closely with a range of community and government stakeholders to maximise opportunities and performance within our region and to provide a high level of support to job seekers currently required to participate in the CDP program.
