As the Quality and Risk Manager at AQA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring operational teams have the necessary support and guidance to identify and manage risks effectively. Your expertise will contribute to proactive identification of areas for quality and risk service enhancement in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the implementation and monitoring of our quality improvement programme, overseeing accreditation procedures, and providing proactive leadership in quality and risk management.
12-month contract role

Essential - Demonstrated working knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Standards and Framework.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in quality and risk management within the human services sector, and familiarity with relevant legislation and standards.
Familiarity with ACHS Accreditation System and National Standards for Disability Services.
Understanding of disability support sector regulations and accreditation standards, including NDIS requirements.
Proficient in writing reports and driving safety standards across the disability services industry.
