  • Locations: Melbourne
  • Casual wage range: $32.88-$43.23 per hour
  • Part time wage range: $27.15 - $35.67 per hour

We have currently have opportunities at various locations across South East, and North Western Melbourne Metro regions.

Your Role: Empowering Lives Every Day

As an Apex Care NDIS, TAC|WorkSafe, and SSR Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, directly empowering participants. You will:

  • Provide essential assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement, always with dignity and respect.
  • Deliver compassionate, highly person-centred support, meticulously tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations.
  • Champion independence and social inclusion, fostering an environment where participants feel respected, valued, and empowered.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the very best outcomes are achieved.

About You

  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
  • Availability to do a minimum of one sleepover shift per week.
  • Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential).
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
  • Must hold Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
