For nearly three decades, ANTaR Victoria has mobilised thousands of Australians in support of reconciliation, land justice and First Nations rights. Today, as Treaty is implemented in Victoria, we need a strong digital presence to engage communities, counter misinformation and inspire people to take action.
To continue this work, we have launched our Survive & Thrive: Keep ANTaR Victoria Strong fundraising appeal. We are looking for volunteers who can use social media to inspire supporters, expand our reach and encourage donations that will help sustain our advocacy during this critical period, particularly in the lead-up to the Victorian State Election in November 2026.
Working closely with the ANTaR Victoria Manager, and a team of volunteers and a group of social media volunteers to help create engaging digital content that informs, inspires and encourages community participation.
Whether you are an experienced digital communicator, a communications student, a content creator, or simply passionate about social justice and storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be joining a grassroots organisation that has:
Your contribution will help ensure this important work continues as Treaty moves from legislation into implementation.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, time-critical work that supports justice, strengthens community engagement, defends Treaty, and helps ensure ANTaR Victoria can continue its role into 2027 and beyond.
ANTaR Victoria welcomes volunteers from diverse backgrounds. We work to educate non-Indigenous Australians while supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership in justice, reconciliation and Treaty.
We encourage applications from people of all cultures, ages, abilities and lived experiences who share our commitment to social justice, respect and meaningful allyship.
Together, we can help ensure that Treaty is understood, supported and defended for generations to come.
