Our client is a long-standing independent provider of community-based care services including independent living and home care packages. Operating from a strong values base, our client has grown and is continuing to grow the services in a very community inclusive way.
This role is offering a highly competitive salary package along with the pleasure of working in a beautiful, boutique seaside location. With strategic oversight of the business operations, you will have the autonomy to drive the further growth and success of the business.
Reporting to the CEO, you will have strong clinical leadership and management, and provide guidance to the team to deliver ongoing and effective operations for the service. In addition, you will have responsibility for the management of housekeeping services and financial management including budgeting and reporting. The role is varied and includes all aspects of planning and implementing service provision, liaison with other health professionals, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
