Program Manager - Aged Care Home Support Service

Anglicare NT is reshaping their Darwin Aged Care Program and has recently created the role of Program Manager to provide hands-on leadership to their dedicated aged care services team and implement change and reform. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will be able to demonstrate recent management experience in the community services sector, will possess a working knowledge and understanding of the Australian Government Department of Health Aged Care ongoing reforms, legislative changes and quality and compliance requirements, have working knowledge of the National Aged Care Quality Standards and My Aged Care (MAC) portal and most importantly be passionate in supporting older people within the Darwin community.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage. For more information on our Reconciliation Action Plan click here.
