About the Opportunity

As Care Partner you will work collaboratively within the Aged Care team to deliver high-quality, culturally safe, person-centred care in line with Aged Care Standards, organisational requirements, and program guidelines. You will support care planning and service delivery across multiple locations, with a strong focus on the Alice Springs region.

This is a diverse and rewarding role with regular travel to regional and remote communities.

To be successful you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in nursing, allied health, social work, community services, or a related field (aged care experience highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience in care planning, service coordination, and case management
  • Experience working with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
  • Knowledge of Aged Care reforms, legislation, and compliance requirements, including the My Aged Care portal
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage data, reporting, and budgets
  • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and support staff
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a regional environment
  • A willingness to travel regularly – particularly to Alice Springs
