Our Bass Coast Youth Services program, funded by Bass Coast Shire Council aims to provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging service for young people in the Bass Coast area, fostering strong community relationships and empowering youth aged 12 to 25 years. Bass Coast Youth Services is based at the YES Youth Hub in Wonthaggi and outreaches across the Bass Coast area.
You will be part of a dynamic team delivering services directly to young people. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating activities within the YES Youth Hub and delivering outreach services across the Bass Coast region.
You will be responsible for key stakeholder engagement and providing supervision/support to practitioner/s within the program.
