A Youth Mentor works with clients within the out of home care sector, they act as a positive role model in supporting young people to engage in pro-social activities and to assist in the development of independent life and living skills. As a Youth Mentor, you will work closely with case managers and the care team to help provide the best outcomes for our young people. Some of the general tasks include:
