We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator to support employee wellbeing through early intervention, case management, and targeted support during sensitive workplace processes.
This role plays a critical part in fostering a psychologically safe workplace by identifying early risks, supporting staff through challenging situations, and ensuring wellbeing practices are embedded across the organisation.

You are an empathetic and organised professional with experience supporting employee wellbeing in complex environments and have the capability to review existing processes and make recommendations for quality improvement.
You are confident managing sensitive matters and working collaboratively across teams.
Note that you will be exposed to traumatic content.
